Symptoms
Acute kidney disease symptoms are:
~ increased thirst & urination
~ lethargy & weakness
~ vomiting & diarrhea
~ loss of appetite
~ weight loss
~ bad breath
~ dehydration
~ pain
~ seizures
Chronic kidney disease symptoms are the same with the addition of anemia and high blood pressure. End stage kidney failure might include sunken eyes, inability to walk, body odor, incontinence in bladder or bowels, refusal to eat or drink, seizures, confusion, pacing, restlessness, withdrawing, hiding, or running away.
